Modeling For Destiny

Could you be my next model?
While I am of course flattered and thankful of your interest in my work, understand that I do have far more models available, than I have actual work to offer. This is not me telling you to forget about it, but you will need patience. Even if I reach out to you, the work I have to offer you as a model, will be little and far in between. Additionally you need to understand that each photo shoot, can take anywhere from thirty minutes, up to five or more hours. If you for whatever the reason cannot invest that amount of time, then I am not the right photographer for you.

What exactly is it, that I look for in a model?
I look for natural beauty, and diversity amongst the models I work with. I welcome any ethnicity, skin complexity and hair color, so long that you have very clearly put effort into your appearance, and that you look natural. I cannot stress this enough. Curvy, skinny, atlethic, is all something that I welcome, but I usually have no interest in overdone appearances, such as mega sized boobs and booties, or over the top muscular. To each their own, and while I respect everyones freedom within Second Life to look however they please. I typically do not find those 'extreme' appearances suited within my own style of photography. Once in a rare while maybe, but mostly no.

What do you need as a model?
You need all the latest and greatest Second Life has to offer in terms of appearance, Bento mesh head, hands, body and so on. You need HUD's to pose your face expression, you need shine layers, such as wet shine, oily, sand, tan lines, and a wide selection of different hairstyles, from wet to windy, long, short, loose, updo's. Furthermore, some of my photo shoots will fall into the category of erotica or even hard core porn. Therefore you will also need cum attachments and layers for both face and body, as well as some high quality HUD's for either static or animated moany face expressions. From pleasure to pain, happiness or fear, if you wish to model for me within Second Life, you will need this.

Who will finance all this?
In a word, you. You are expected to finance your own wardrobe, plus any and all photo props you might need, such as cigarettes, handbags, naughty toys, you name it. Modeling for me is unpaid, it is something you do out of own interest, and out of own purse or pocket.

You understand all this, and still very much interested?
Awesome! However this is where patience is very much a must have. As mentioned earlier, I do typically have many more models available, than I have actual work, and I do not just cast the first stranger who smile at me. Your best chance is simply get to know me a little. when I am out there mingling, at one of many porn star parties, hosted every week within Second Life. You are also welcome to stop by my in world studio and gallery right here :: Destiny Desires. Just bare in mind please, that I might be busy working, or otherwise unavailable.

How to increase your chances, and success as a model?
You get what you give. Is something I would highly recommend anyone to keep in mind, going into modeling within Second Life. Create a Flickr account, maybe even a blog too. Start working on your own photography along side your modeling career. The more you have to offer the better. Everyone within Second Life can model, so long that you are willing to invest the time and money that it takes. So ask yourself this:
"What do I have to offer, that the 500 others do not?" Because having a beautiful avatar, is not enough.

Additionally?
Get it together, familiarize yourself with your bento head of choice, the HUD for your mesh body, so on and so forth. Putting sceneries, backdrops and poses together. Setting the lights and getting the image composition just right, is a lot of work, and very time consuming. The last thing I need, is also having to educate my models, in how to use their own mesh bodies. When you are asked to turn on wet shine to a medium, then I expect you to know how.

I do not care for diva types, and I do not care how famous you think your avatar is either.
I care about two things only; professionalism, and the quality of my work. So get it together.
